摘 要:芦荟(Aloespp.)用于糖尿病的防治已有较多的文献记载,其抗糖尿病作用机制包括通过刺激β细胞合成或释放胰岛素、对糖代谢酶的调控来平衡葡萄糖代谢,以及增强机体的免疫力等。芦荟能增强糖尿患者和糖尿病大鼠的葡萄糖耐受性,对正常大鼠也有降血糖作用,且降血糖作用缓和而持续时间长。此外,芦荟可以改善糖尿病并发症的神经、肾脏病变及促进伤口愈合等。Some species of Aloe spp. have been used for diabetic therapy and complement therapy in India and Arabian traditional medicine for many centuries. The Aloes works in diabetic therapies by a few proposed mechanisms: ①stimulating beta-islet ceils to biosynthesize and release insulin; ②modulating enzymes associated with carbohydrate metabolism to balance glucose levels; ③improving immunities. The Aloes were found to increase the glucose tolerance of diabetic patients and to have a mild and extended reduction of blood glucose levels. In addition, the Aloes showed adjuvant therapies for related diabetic complications, such as neuropathy and nephropathy, and wound healing. The advances of Aloes components and therapy against diabetic mellitus are reviewed in this paper.
