摘  要:目的:研究宽体金线蛭的耗氧率和窒息点.方法:应用呼吸室法进行研究.结果:平均体重为10 g的宽体金线蛭,15~35℃变温下耗氧率为0.049~0.094mg·g-1· h-1,耗氧量为0.44~0.67mg·p-1·h-1,窒息点为0.9~1.51 mg·L-1;20℃条件下耗氧率为0.044~0.058 mg·g-1·h-1,耗氧量为0.19~0.77 mg·p-1·h-1,窒息点为1.4~1.57mg·L-1.结论:宽体金线蛭的耗氧率随水温的升高而上升;窒息点与温度和体重呈负相关;体重与耗氧率呈负相关,与耗氧量呈正相关;耗氧率白天和夜晚的差异不大.Objective: To study the oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point of Whitmania pigra. Method: Using the method of respiratory chamber, the oxygen consumption rate,oxygen consumption volume and suffocation point were obtained. Result: The oxygen consumption rate(OCR) ranged from 0.049 to 0.094 mg·g^-1· h^-1, the oxygen consumption volume(OCV) from 0.44 to 0.67mg· p^-1· h^-1, and suffocation point(SP) from 0.9 to 1.51 mg·L^-1 ,when the average weight of W. pigra was 10 g and the water temperature varied from 15 to 35 ℃.OCR ranged from 0.044 to 0.058 mg·g^-1·h^-1,OCV from 0.19 to 0.77 mg·p^-1·h^-1 and SP from 1.4 to 1.57 mg·l^-1 when water temperature was 20℃. Conclusion: OCR rose when the water temperature and weight increased,but SP was justly opposite. The weight was negatively correlated with OCR and positively with OCV. OCR had little difference from day to night.
