摘　　要：目的:对竹叶进行化学成分研究。方法:Sephadex LH-20和反相制备型高效液相分离化合物,波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从竹叶中分离得到6个化合物,经鉴定为3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(vanillinⅠ),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(syringic aldehydeⅡ),对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehydeⅢ),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(vanillic acidⅣ),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(syringic acidⅤ),4-羟基-3-甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid,ethyl esterⅥ)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens. Method： Column chromatography on sephadex LH-20 as well as preparative HPLC and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents. Result： Six compounds were isolated from leaves of Phyllostachys p ubescens, and identified as vanillin （ Ⅰ ）, syfingic aldehyde （ Ⅱ ）, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde （ Ⅲ ）, vanillic acid （ Ⅳ ）, syfingic acid （ Ⅴ）, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy cinnamic acid, ethyl ester （ Ⅵ ）. Condusion： All above the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
