摘　　要：目的 为肌内注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)寻找一种可减轻疼痛的有效溶媒。方法 对两组患者肌内注射HCG 时分别采用灭菌注射用水和0．9％氯化钠溶液作溶媒,用双盲法对患者注射后疼痛反应和局部反应进行观察。结果 采用 0．9％氯化钠溶液做溶媒比灭菌注射用水疼痛反应轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论 采用0．9％氯化钠溶液做溶媒肌 内注射HCG,能有效缓解患者疼痛,是一种安全可靠的溶媒。Objective To search a valid solvent which can alleviate pain when patients were given intramuscular injections of HCG. Methods The randomized controlled experiment was performed in two groups of patients,each group included 50 patients. One group were given sterile water as solvent, and the other group were given the 0.9 % sodium chloride. And the observation of patients＇ pain was conducted by double-blind methods. Results There was significant difference in pain degree between the two groups（P〈0.01）, Conclusion The 0.9% sodium chloride injection was a valid solvent for intramuscular injection of HCG to alleviate pain.
