摘　　要：农业科研机构项目管理系统是各级农业科研机构实行办公自动化(OA)的核心内容,既可以整合到OA平台上,也可以独立运行,支持农业科研机构率先在科研项目管理领域实现信息化管理。通过对广东省农业科学院等农业科研机构的项目管理流程进行分析,按照国家各相关部门和省的科技管理有关要求,参照国内外先进的项目管理信息化方法,使用Java/JSP/XML技术语言,开发出《农业科研项目管理系统》1.0版本。该系统适用于Internet/Intranet环境,在项目管理数据库的支持下,使项目主管部门与项目承担单位之间通过网络进行联接,建立动态的项目计划、成果、人才、条件管理的网络体系。在OA平台上提供全方位的项目管理信息服务,提高项目管理和服务水平,降低管理成本,提高工作效率。As a tunctional module, the Scientific Project Management （SPM） is the core content in the OA application for agricultural research organizations. It should either be integrated into the 0A platform or be operated separately. The Agricultural Scientific Project Management System （ASPMS） 1.0 is the product that developed based on the analysis of the SPM flow in GAAS and related official requirements from the national and provincial government. The system is developed by using Java/JSP/XML techniques and is suitable for both Internet and Intranet environment. Supported by the SPM database, the dynamic connections of project planning, project output, human resources and condition manage between the department-in-charge and the conducting organization could be established and monitored to provide effective and efficient SPM service over the OA platform.
