摘　　要：市政公用事业需要加快发展,通过对我国市政公用事业发展与改革的历史回顾,针对发展和改革中存在的问题,对市政公用事业的发展方向和工作重点进行了探讨,认为产业化、市场化、民营化是市政公用事业发展的方向,加快国有企业改革,建立良好的政府管制体制和机制是确保改革成功的关键。The urban public utilities need development rapidly. By reviews of the development and reform of the urban public utilities in our country, the paper believes that industrialization, marketization and privatization are the orientation of the public utilities. The paper also believes that the key matters which insure the reform＇s success are the state owned enterprise＇s reform and the good regulation system＇s establishing.
