摘 要:本试验研究工作的主要目的是掌握特定节点型式在特定外力条件下的工作性态,并与有限元计算结果进行对比,检验其正确性,为理论公式提供试验佐证。共选择了4个不同型式的节点,分别为K、KT、T、TT型。本文较详细地介绍了在复合受力状态下———同时承受腹杆轴力及弯矩时,4个矩形钢管相贯节点模型试验的过程,包括针对特殊受力形式的试验装置及加载装置的设计、测点布置、加载方案等。对于模型的应力发展过程及试验结果,也逐一进行了分析。试验结果表明,有限元计算的可靠性是有保证的;节点的型式不同,其形态破坏也不同;与节点连接的腹杆愈多且不处于同一平面上,则节点受力愈不利;应特别注意受拉焊缝的质量控制。The experimental research of this paper includes the study on load-carrying behavior of rectangular hollow section (RHS) joints under combined loads, verifying the finite element analysis results and proving correctness of the joint loadcarrying capacity formulas. Four joint styles of models are selected, i.e. the T type, TF type, K type and KT type with compbined loads, such as the axial loads, in-plane moments and out-of-plane moments from each brace simultaneously. In this paper, the test process is presented in detail, including the test installation design for special loads, the choice of measuring points, loading schemes, and the analysis of test results and the development of stress. The test indicated that the reliability of the finite element analysis is ensured; the failure modes of models are varied with the styles of the joints; the more the numbers and planes of the braces, the easier the failure of the joint is. Furthermore, more attention should be paid to the quality of tension welding.
