摘 要:研究了针状硅灰石粉填充对尼龙66的结构和性能的影响。研究表明,随着硅灰石填充量的增加,材料的冲击强度大幅度地提高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度则较为复杂,且复合材料的耐热性能、尺寸稳定性得到了很大的提高;随着硅灰石细度的增加,硅灰石增强尼龙66的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度均增加;将硅灰石填充材料表面以适量的偶联剂进行改性处理后,借助于扫描电子显微镜,并结合硅灰石粉的微观形态及偶联剂的作用原理,探讨了针状硅灰石粉对尼龙66力学性能的影响。The effects of wollastonite on the structure and properties of nylon 66 were studied. The results showed that the impact strength of the blending material were improved remarkably with the increase of wollastonite, but the tensile strength and bending strength were complicated. The resistance to heating and the dimensional stability were improved very well, the notch impact strength,the tensile and bending strength of nylon 66 were improved remarkably with the increase of degree of fineness of wollastonite. After the surface of wollastonite was treated with proper coupling agent,the mechanical properties of nylon 66 with needle shape wollastonite powder were investigated by means of scanning electronic microscope (SEM),based on the microscopic structure of wollastonite and acting principle of coupling agent.
