白土装置蒸发汽提塔顶冷凝系统的防腐蚀研究

摘　　要：本文在大量详实的现场腐蚀调查、腐蚀监测及实验室试验等研究工作的基础上,通过研究分析,查明了白土装置蒸发汽提塔顶冷凝系统腐蚀的原因和腐蚀介质的来源,并提出了有效的工艺防腐措施,工业应用效果良好,较好的解决了影响装置安全生产的严重腐蚀问题。The reason of the corrosion and the origin of the corrosion medium of the condensation system on the top of evaporation and exaction column for terra alba absorplion equipment were determined by the insite investigation and inspection and laboratorial examination.Reasonable anticorrosion measurements were proposed in this article,and the application effect of practical asage is effective enough to resolve the problems of the serious corrosion that endanger the equipments.
