摘  要:研究了吸附菌HX5对活性艳蓝KNR的吸附脱色作用,碳源、氮源、盐度和染料浓度对KNR吸附脱色的影响,以及HX5生长菌体对KNR的脱色机理.结果表明,菌株HX5对KNR脱色的最佳碳、氮源分别为葡萄糖和硫酸铵;碳源浓度在10g/L以上时,可使200mg/L的KNR完全脱色,碳源浓度过高,脱色效果不显著;HX5对KNR脱色的最佳氮源浓度为0.75g/L,在0~2%的浓度范围内,盐度对脱色无显著影响;染料对菌株HX5具有一定的生长抑制毒性,但对于400mg/L的KNR,脱色率仍可达95.1%;HX5生长菌体对KNR作用96h内主要为生物吸附作用,96h外则可能发生了生物降解.The adsorptive decolorization of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R by strain HXS, the effects of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, salinity and dye concentration on adsorptive decolorization of KN-R, and the decolorization mechanism of HX5 were studied. The results showed that the most preferable carbon sources and nitrogen sources for adsorptive decolorization of KN-R were glucose and (NH4 )2SO4, respectively. When the concentration of glucose was more than 10 g/L, KN-R with the concentration of 200 mg/L could be decolorized completely. But the decolorization was found not good, when the concentration of glucose was too high. Besides, the most suitable concentration of nitrogen sources for the adsorptive decolorization was 0.75 g/L, in a range of 0 -2%. Salinity had little effect on the decolorization. Although the growth of HX5 was inhibited by dye, the decolorization rate of KN-R at concentration of 400 mg/L was still up to 95.1%. In 96 h, the function of HX5 on KN- R was biosoption, but beyond 96 h biodegradation might occur. Fig 5, Tab 2, Ref 9
