摘 要:通风除尘管道系统比较突出的问题之一是水平管道积尘堵塞。虽然各种资料都介绍了不同性质粉尘在水平管道中所需要的最低输送风速,同时又都强调了尽量避免水平布置。事实上,即使水平管道按资料所介绍的输送风速设计,仍有可能积尘。而设计中总难免要有水平部分,因此要采取一些对策,如预留清扫孔、定期清扫管道;或者在水平集合管的下部设输送机自动清理积灰等,但同时也增加了清理手续和设备的复杂性。最积极的措施是不回避水平管道而又能克服粉尘的沉积,使粉尘能全部被输送到除尘器内集中清理。经过理论推导和对焊接车间等除尘工作的实际观察,初步认为是有可能达到这一目的的。The accumulated and jammed dust of horizontal pipeline is one of the most projecting problems in ventilated precipitation pipeline system. Although various data has introduced the lowest transfer wind speed that different kinds of powder dust demands in horizontal pipeline and stressed that horizontal layout should be avoided. In fact, the horizontal pipeline is impossible to accumulate dust though it is designed as the transfer wind speed introduced by the data. It is hard to avoid the horizontal part in the designing, so some measures should be taken, such as obligating cleaning holes, cleaning up the pipeline regularly, setting transfer machine in the lower part of the horizontal aggregating pipeline to clean the accumulated dust automatically which, on the other hand, adding the cleaning procedure and the complexity of the equipment. The most active measure is not to avoid the horizontal pipeline and overcome the powder dust accumulation at the same time, and all the power dust can be transferred into the dust catcher and disposed all together. By theory illation and actual observing the cleaning-up dust activities in the jointing workshop, the aim is considered to achieve possibly.
