摘　　要：介绍了变换气脱硫的工艺流程和主要设备,论述了DDS催化剂的脱硫原理,通过与栲胶法脱硫实际运行数据的综合比较,总结了DDS脱硫技术的应用效果和经济效益,对存在的问题提出了解决措施。结果表明,变换气脱硫后硫化氢含量可控制在15 mg/m3,脱硫效率可稳定在90%。Process flow and main equipment were introduced for de sulfur of shift gas, through the comprehensive comparison with the actual operation data of de-sulfur by tannin extract method, application elf ect and economic benefit were summrized for DDS de sulfur technology, .solvable measures were supposed for the existing problems. Result indicates that the content of H2S of shift gas after de-sulfur can be controlled at 15 mg/m^3, efficiency of de-sulfur can be stabilized at 90%.
