摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的太阳能冷管空调和供热水系统。该系统可与建筑物很好地结合,吸收照射在屋顶上的太阳辐射能。夏天:太阳能冷管空调和供热水系统,在白天不仅可以降低房间的热负荷,为人们提供充足的热水(45℃左右),而晚间还可以提供冷量;冬天和过渡季节:太阳能冷管空调和供热水系统可以提供生活热水。因此,人们在夏季不用安装空调设施就能使室内保持比较舒适的温度环境,使建筑物在自然条件下达到"冬暖夏凉"。A novel system “Solar Cooling Tube System Supplying Cooling and Hot Water” is presented in this paper. This system can be integrated with building and absorb the solar radiation. In summer, this system can supply both hot water（ about 45℃ ） adequately in the daytime and cooling power in the nighttime. In other reasons, this system supplies hot water.
