摘　　要：电池隔膜是将电池正、负极分隔开以防止两极直接接触而短路的无机或有机膜。文章详细阐述了镍氢电池隔膜的作用、性能要求及国内外生产情况,重点分析了镍氢电池用非织造布隔膜生产中纤维原料的选择、生产工艺、隔膜的性能指标及所要解决的关键问题。Battery separators are inorganic or organic membranes that separate the positive and negative electrodes in a battery from direct contact,so as to avoid short circuit.The article introduces in details the functions of Ni-MH battery separator, performance requirements and production at home and abroad, particularly analyzes the choice of filamentary material for nonwoven battery separator,production process,performance index of separator and key problems to be solved in production.
