亚甲蓝注射加肛窦切开引流术治疗肛裂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的为了克服侧位内括约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂后发生不同程度肛门失禁的缺点,探讨亚甲蓝注射加肛窦切开引流术对肛裂的疗效。方法治疗组用0.1%亚甲蓝作肛门浸润注射加肛窦切开引流术治疗肛裂,对照组用侧方切断肛门内括约肌法治疗。结果治疗组治愈率100%,术后治疗组肛管静息压为7.7061±0.7226,对照组肛管静息压为5.7205±0.4215,两组比较p<0.05,该方法可避免切断肛门内括约肌并治愈肛裂;治疗组平均治愈时间为20.2天,对照组平均治愈时间为24.5天,对照组治愈率100%。结论亚甲蓝加肛窦切开引流术治疗肛裂可缩短治愈时间,并且避免了肛门失禁的发生,该方法治疗肛裂疗效好。Objective For the purpose of overcoming anal continence with different severity caused by the lateral division of internal sphincter for chronic anal fissure ,we studied the treatment effect of injection with methylene blue plus incision drainage operation of anal sinus. Methods In the treatment group ,we treat anal fissure by the injected with the mixture of methylene blue and nalcotie plus the incision drainage operation of anal sinus,in the control group, by the lateral division of internal sphincter for chronic anal fissure. Resuits Anal fissure can be treated with this method,and anal internal sphincter can be avoided severing. The anal rest pressure of the treatment, group was 7. 7061±0. 7226, and that of the control group was 5. 7205±0.4215 after the operation ,p〈0. 05. Healing time of the treatment group is 20. 2days, and that of the control group is 24.5 days. The curative effect rate of two group was 100%. Conclusion The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of control group. The method avoided the oeeure of anal incontinence short- ened the time of treatment.
