摘  要:报道了一种以双嘧达莫与碘化铋形成的缔合物为电活性物的新型涂碳式PVC膜双嘧达莫选择电极,测定了双嘧达莫片的含量.电极线性响应范围为1.0 × 10-2~2.2×10-5mol/L,级差电位为48 mV/pc,检出限为1.8×10-5mol/L.该电极响应迅速,重现性好,分析结果与药典法相符.In this paper, a new coated carbon polyvinyl chloride membrane dipyridamole selective electrode based on dipyridamole and bismuthiodile molecular association complex is reported. The electrode shows Nernst response for dipyridamole ranges from 2.2×10^-5 to 1.0×10^-2mol/L with a slope of 48 mY/pc. The detection limit is 1.8×10^-5 mol/L. The electrode has fast response and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of dipyridamole in medicinal tablets by the standard curve method. The procedure of this method is simple and the reseults obtained agree with those of pharmacopeia method.
