摘　　要：详细阐述用电现场服务与管理系统是一种新的用电需求侧综合性实时采集与分析处理系统,具有有序用电(负荷管理)、异常信息报警、远程多功能自动抄表、用电优质服务等功能。介绍鄞州供电局用电现场服务与管理系统在有序用电、反窃电、加强客户端管理工作中取得的良好社会与经济效益,以及利用该系统进行台区线损精细化管理和电量示度校验工作开发的探索。In this thesis, the author states in detail that the locale service and management system of power consumption is a new kind of comprehensive real-time collection and analysis treatment system of power consumption. This system has many functions, such as ordered power utilization （load management）, unusual information warning, multi-functional automatic ammeter reading in a distance, and superior services of power utilization. The thesis introduces the good social and economic benefits of the service and management system of power utilization of Yinzhou Electric Power Bureau in the aspects, such as ordered power utilization, pilfering electricity and strengthening the management of customer end. The thesis also points out that this kind of system can be applied to the fine management of distribution transformers loss and the development of check-up of electric consumption displaying.
