用废F-8020型离子膜制备全氟磺酸溶液

摘　　要：以氯碱工业中废弃并再生的全氟离子交换膜(PFIEM)F-8020为原料,制备了全氟磺酸(PFSA)溶液。结果表明,钠型PFIEM比酸型PFIEM更适于制备PFSA溶液;当溶解温度为210℃、溶剂配比V(异丙醇)∶V(水)为1∶1时,可得到质量分数为8.41%、透光率为98.43%的PFSA溶液,PFIEM的溶解率为68%。制得的PFSA溶液能够满足工业生产的质量要求。Perfluorosulfonic acid （PFSA）solution was prepared from waste and regenerated perfluoro- ion - exchange membrane （PFIEM） F - 8020 in chlor - alkali industry. The results indicate that Na - form PFIEM （ PFIEM - Na） is more suitable to prepare the solution than H - form PFIEM（ PFIEM - H）. When the temperature is 210 ℃, the volume ratio of isopropanol（IPA）to water is 1 ： 1, the PFSA solution with mass fraction of 8.41% and light transmittance of 98.43% can be obtained. The dissolution rate of PFIEM is 68%. The prepared PFSA can meet the quality requirements of industrial manufacturing.
