摘 要:目的降低和治理噪声,创造良好、舒适的治疗环境。方法寻找重症监护病房的噪声来源并采取相应的降噪干预措施,于干预前后随机抽取某个月份连续30个工作日进行24 h噪声监测。结果干预前30个工作日噪声均值为(61.5±3.7)dB,干预后为(44.6±6.4)dB,干预后噪声明显低于干预前(P<0.01),且干预后各时间点噪声强度均显著低于干预前(均P<0.01)。结论对重症监护病房进行噪声监测及降噪干预十分必要,且效果显著。Objective To control the noises in intensive care unit (ICU) and to create a good and comfortable environment for treatment. Methods The sources of noises in ICU were identified and corresponding measures were taken. In a randomly selected month before and after the noise intervention measures were taken, the noises were continuously monitored on 24 h basis for 30 work days. Results The average intensity of noises before the intervention was (61.5±3.7) dB and the intensity after the intervention was (44.6±6.4) dB. The intensity of noises after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention at different time points (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The monitoring and noise-abatement measures in ICU are necessary and effective.
