摘 要:对被测试车轮在稳定和不稳定两种状态下进行动力学分析,推导出表征汽车制动试验台测试性能的当量附着系数的解析表达式,并对其影响因素进行了分析。提出改善试验台测试性能的两种措施:采用后滚筒高于前滚筒的布置型式和双液压驱动滚筒的动力供给方式。研制了新型制动试验台,并应用于汽车检测拖车。其特点是液压马达取代了交流电机驱动试验台滚筒,降低了移动式汽车检测站的动力需求,适合野外作业;滚筒直径减小到185 mm,减小了检测拖车的尺寸,提高了其机动性。Based on the analysis of the forces applied on testing vehicle wheel in steady and unsteady state, equivalent adherence coefficient was deduced which was basic design criterion for performance of tester, and factors affected on it was discussed. Two ways of improving performance on testing for vehicle brake tester were put forward. One was roller layout which the rear roller was higher than the front one, another was the two rollers were driven by hydraulic system. The new pattern vehicle brake tester was developed and manufactured, and was applied to vehicle inspection trailer. The roller of tester were driven by hydraulic motor in place of alternating current motor, which reduced requirement for power at mobile vehicle inspection station and was suitable for field-task; diameter of roller was reduced to 185 ram, which decreased the size of trailer and enhanced it's maneuverability.
