摘 要:介绍了毛细抽吸两相流体回路(CPL)系统的运行特点,结合国内外研究经验,基于便于启动、减少系统不稳定性的思路,设计制造并安装了一套新型平板式CPL实验系统.平板式CPL实验系统中,改变了传统的CPL系统蒸发器为圆管的设计模式,设计了能与发热面更紧密贴合的平面结构蒸发器;冷凝器也突破了传统的光管式结构,被设计成中间加有多孔芯的平板形结构;系统还改变了贮液器和循环回路连结位置,贮液器的注入点放置在冷凝器的一端.通过结构改进,在平板式CPL实验系统的实验性能测试中发现,该系统在高、低热负荷下都具有可靠、简便的启动特性.冷凝器中多孔芯很好地抑制了系统中的温度压力波动现象.贮液器注入点的设计,减小了启动阻力,大大改善了系统启动性能.The operation principles of the Capillary pumped loop (CPL) system and its characteristics were introduced. On the basis of the principle of convenient start-up and the reduction of systematic oscillation, a set of new-type flat CPL experimental systems was designed and installed. In this experimental system, the design pattern for the traditional round evaporator was changed. The plane evaporator whose surface could joint more closely with the hot surface was designed. The condenser was designed for the flat structure with porous media, breaking through the traditional tube structure. The link position between the reservoir and circulation was changed by the system. The injection point of reservoir was put at the end of the condenser. By improving the structure, it was seen that the system was characterized by reliability and conveniently start-up under high and low hot load in the process of testing the performance of the CPL system. With porous wick in the condenser, the system pressure oscillation was reduced. The design for the injection position of the reservoir reduced the start-up resistance, and improved the start-up performance of the system
