摘 要:用CFD技术并使用FLUENT软件,采用二维模型对无叶轮风力机扩散器内部压力场、速度场进行数值模拟和风洞实验.计算不同风速时的渐扩直壁型、渐缩渐扩直壁型、渐缩渐扩前后流线型共3个类型11种不同形式的扩散器动力放大的流量比增益特性,最小截面处流量增加比率;比较不同形状、不同参数扩散器动力放大特性.数值模拟的壁面函数,对应不同风速下用增强壁面处理后的流量比与应用标准壁面函数时的流量比普遍下降,且更接近于实验值.在风洞试验中,测试了渐扩直壁型、渐扩弧线型、渐缩渐扩直壁型、渐缩渐扩弧线型4个不同类型的扩散器.研究表明,数值模拟和测试结果误差为10%左右,说明数值模拟有着较好的可靠性和实用性;扩散放大器在最小截面处的流量比率增益68%,研究结果为有叶轮情况下风力机带扩散放大器的优化设计提供了重要的参考和分析预报.The paper made a numerical simulation and wind tunnel experiment of the pressure field and velocity field with FLUENT by simplifying a diffuser augmented wind turbine (DAWT) without blade into a two-dimensional model of CFD. The author calculated and simulated three kinds of diffuser augmented wind turbines of eleven models under different velocities, and obtained curve pictures of enhanced ratio of flow rates and ratio of flux rate at the minimal section of DAWT. The three types was a gradually expanding one; a gradually contracting and then gradually expanding one with all straight walls and a gradually contracting and then gradually expanding one with all curve walls. The author compared dynamic augmented characteristic of DAWT of all shapes and parameters. To the wall function, the flux ratio is more close to experiment value with the enhanced wall function than the standard wall function under the different velocity. Tested were two kinds of diffusers of four models with the pressure scan system of RAD3200 produced by America Scanivalve Co. at DQSI type circulating and unlocking low velocity wind tunnel and the mathematic simulation results agreed with testing results. The error was approximately 10 %. It also indicated that numerical simulation is liabilities and practicability. The flux ratio at the minimal section was increased 68 % by the study inside flow characteristic of DAWT. The research results provided important value and prediction on design optimization of DAWT with the blade.
