摘　　要：农民群体上访原因多种,表现形式多样,所反映的问题涉及面广。农民群体上访问题严重,阻碍农村经济发展,影响农村社会稳定。各级党委、政府务必高度重视,有效化解农民群体上访矛盾,加快推进农村和谐社会建设。There are many reasons for the farmers to appeal to the higher authorities for help. The representations are diversified. The farmers appeal to the authorities to solve the problems in many fields. The farmer＇s collective appealing is very serious. It has interrupted the economic development and the social stability of the countryside. The different levels of government should pay more attention to it, solve the problem put forward by the farmers and speed the construction of harmonious society of the countryside.
