国家技术创新投入产出的宏观计量方法研究

摘　　要：研究技术创新产出的形式和内容,探讨了用于描述国家技术创新产出的计量方法,设计了技术创新投入和产出指数,利用这两组数据核算了近几年我国技术创新的投入产出比,并以此对我国技术创新的发展态势作了初步的评价.It discuses the forms and contents of the inputs and outputs analysis-method of innovation. Besides, it probes into the quantitative measures of the national innovation outputs and designs the indexes of the inputs and outputs of innovation, which are used to calculate the proportion of Chinese innovation inputs and outputs. With this method, the development of Chinese innovation can be evaluated.
