公安院校警体运动损伤现状调查

摘　　要：运动损伤是指在体育运动过程中发生的损伤,它与体育运动项目、运动技术动作、锻炼者的身体状况、场地设备等情况有着密切的关系。通过两所高校警体运动损伤现状调查分析,发现警体运动中重度伤主要是因学生参与运动比赛和课外锻炼而产生,中度伤则主要是擒敌课和运动比赛产生的;各类警体运动损伤发生的部位与运动项目的特点有着密切的联系;警体运动损伤类型以挫伤、擦伤、扭伤和拉伤为主。Sports injuries refers to the injuries which are caused during the course of physical exercises.It has close connection with the sports games , athletic technical movements , the physical condition of exercisers and the sports facilities.Through the investigation on the present conditions of injuries caused by police physical exercises in two public security colleges ,we discover that serious injuries mainly caused while students attending sports contests and doing spare exercises,while medium injuries mainly caused while attending sports contests and having seize-enemy lessons. All sorts of injuries have close connection with the features of sports games. And main types of injuries are contusion, scratch, sprain and strain.
