摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定血栓心脉宁片中丹酚酸B的含量.方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.5%甲酸溶液(30:9:61),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长286nm. 结果:丹酚酸B在0.19～1.75μg范围内线性关系良好,峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.00%,RSD=0.60%,(n=5).结论:本方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.Objective： To establish method for HPLC determination of Salvianolic acid B in Xueshuan xinmaining tablet. Method： The condition for HPLC was Diamonsil C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） with methanolacetonitrile-0.5% formic acid （30：9 ： 61） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 286nm. Result： The standard curve was liner in the range of 0.19-1.75μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The coverage recovery was 99,00% with RSD 0.60%. Conclusion： The method shows good separating result, accuracy and reproducibility, can be used for the quality control of Xueshuan xinmaining tablet.
