急性哮喘患者血浆中C3a含量变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患者血浆中补体3a(C3a)含量变化,旨在说明C3a与哮喘表现间的关系。方法采集56例支气管哮喘患者急性发作期、缓解期及30例健康人外周血,放射免疫法检测血浆C3a/去精氨酸C3a的含量。结果支气管哮喘患者急性发作期血浆C3a含量为230±150ng/ml,缓解期为170±132ng/ml,健康对照组为164±140ng/ml,急性发作期血浆C3a含量明显高于缓解期和对照组(P<0.05),而缓解期与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论C3a可能参与支气管哮喘急性发作时的病理生理过程。Objective To evaluate the relationship between plasma C3a level and asthma and show the role of C3a in asthma pathogenetics. Methods The plasma C3a/C3a des-arginine concentrations of 56 acute and stable state asthmatics as well as the control were detected with radioimmunoassay. Results The concentration of plasma C3a/C3a des-arginine of acute asthma was highest among three group（ P 〈 0.05 ） and there was no significiant difference between that of the stable ones and the control（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions C3a,as an anaphylatoxin was involved in the pathophysiological process of acute asthma.
