摘  要:目的观察1,25-二羟基维生素D3(1,25-dihydroxyvitaminD3,1,25(OH)2D3)对原发性骨质疏松骨折愈合中骨形态计量学的影响。方法通过对Ⅰ型骨质疏松骨折模型和Ⅱ型骨质疏松骨折模型进行1,25(OH)2D3干预,8周后对骨痂组织进行形态计量学测定。结果在Ⅰ型骨质疏松骨折模型和Ⅱ型骨质疏松骨折模型中,1,25(OH)2D3干预组的骨体积和骨小梁厚度均较无1,25(OH)2D3干预组显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),1,25(OH)2D3干预组的骨小梁间距较无1,25(OH)2D3干预组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论1,25(OH)2D3对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型骨质疏松骨折愈合均有促进作用。[Objective] To investigate the effects of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the bone tissue morphometry of primary osteoporotic fracture healing. [Methods] Both the fracture models of postmenopausal osteoporosis and the fracture models of senile osteoporosis were treated by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. Then all the specimens of bony callus were analysed with tissue morphometry after the experimental animals were given drug for 8 weeks. [Result] In both the fracture models of postmenopausal osteoporosis and the fracture models of senile osteoporosis, both the average of bone volume and the trabocular plate thickness of the animals treated by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 were significantly higher than the animals not (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The trabocular spacing of the animals treated by 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 was significantly lower than the animals not (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 can accelerate fracture healing to both postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis.
