摘　　要：目的对应用自体脐带修补腹裂术12年总结,评价手术疗效。方法婴儿自体脐带修补腹裂20例,对成活的16例进行随访观察,观察体格发育、智力测定、腹部手术区域情况。结果20例成活16例,成活率80%,成活16例生长发育良好。结论该手术取材方便、无排异反应,能有效地缓解术后腹部压力,成活率高。[Objective] To review the treatment of repair gastroschlsis with autogenous umbilical cord in 12 year and evaluate it＇s effect. [Methods] 20 newborns who underwent the repair gastroschisis with autogenous umbibicalcord in 1992-2004. 16 cases survived under observed and followed-up, observing phycial growth, intelligence measuring, area of operating in abdomen. [Results] 16 patients recovered uneventfully, survive-rate 80%, their growth were well. [Conclusion] The material is adopted easily in the operating. Autogenous umbibicalcord is elastic tissue and no toxicity could relax the abdominal press effectively after the operation, file survive-rate is high.
