摘　　要：目的:探讨中国北方地区汉族人肿瘤坏死因子α和转化生长因子β基因型的多态性与原发性高血压发病的相关性。方法:①选择2004-06/2005-01哈尔滨市第一医院门诊和住院原发性高血压患者36例为高血压组,男20例,女16例。选择2004-04/2005-12哈尔滨市第一医院健康体检者40人为对照组,男23人,女17人。均为北方汉族,且均对检测项目知情同意。②采用顺序特异性引物聚合酶链反应方法检测肿瘤坏死因子α和转化生长因子β基因型别多态性变化。③计数资料差异性比较采用χ2检验。结果:原发性高血压患者36例和健康者40人均进入结果分析。①原发性高血压组肿瘤坏死因子α(308A)等位基因频率明显高于对照组(42%,10%,P<0.01)。②两组转化生长因子β基因频率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:中国北方地区汉族人肿瘤坏死因子α(308A)等位基因位点的多态性可能与原发性高血压的易感性相关联。AIM： To study the correlation between the genotype polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNFα） and transforming growth factor beta （TGFβ） and primary hypertension in Han population of North China. METHODS：（1）Thirty-six patients hospitalized for primary hypertension in the Outpatient and Inpatient Departments of Harbin First Hospital from June 2004 to January 2005 were enrolled as hypertension group, including 20 male and 16 female. Forty health people for health examination in the Harbin First Hospital were selected as controls from April 2004 to December 2005, including 23 male and 17 female. All the subjects were Han people from the north of China, and all of them agreed to participate in the study. （2） Changes in the genotype polymorphism of TNFαand TGFβwere detected with sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. （3）Chi-square test was used in the analysis of enumeration data. RESULTS： All the 36 hypertension patients and 40 heath controls were involved in the result analysis. （1）Allele frequency of TNFα（308A） in the hypertension group was obviously higher than that in the control group （42% vs.10%,P 〈 0.01）. （3）There were no significant differences between the gene frequency of TGFβ of the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Polymorphism of allele site of TNFα（308A） may have a association with the susceptibility to primary hypertension.
