摘 要:目的:观察具有活血通经,祛瘀止痛作用的红花注射液对冠心病患者血清一氧化氮水平及其合酶活性的影响。方法:①选择2001/2002河北北方学院附属第一医院心内科住院的冠心病患者50例为冠心病组,男31例,女19例。选择同期本院健康体检的学生及医务人员30人为对照组,男女各15人。纳入对象均对实验目的知情同意。②应用红花注射液对50例冠心病患者进行治疗,将红花注射液6~8mL溶于500mL葡萄糖注射液中,静点,1次/d,15d为1个疗程。对照组未进行干预措施。③应用硝酸还原酶法、化学显色法对冠心组治疗前后及对照组采用一氧化氮定量试剂盒、一氧化氮合酶分型试剂盒检测NO2-/NO3-含量及一氧化氮合酶、诱导型一氧化氮合酶活性。④多组间比较进行单因素方差分析,组内实验前后比较应用配对t检验进行统计学处理。结果:冠心病患者50例和健康体检者30人均进入结果分析。①血清一氧化氮水平及其合酶活性:冠心病组治疗前明显低于对照组(t=2.806,2.474,2.972,P<0.01);治疗后明显高于治疗前(t=1.709,1.713,1.780,P<0.05)。②应用红花注射液治疗冠心病患者过程中,有2例患者出现轻度皮疹,停药后消失。结论:①红花注射液可提升冠心病患者血清一氧化氮水平及其合酶活性,从而起到扩血管、改善微循环障碍作用。②红花注射液发挥治疗作用时具有安全性。AIM: To observe the effects of safflower solution that can Huoxue Tonging and Quyu Zhitong on level of nitrogen monoxide and activity of its synthase in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: (1) Fifty patients with CHD, who were hospitalized at the Department of Cardiology, First Affiliated Hospital, Hebei North University between 2001 and 2002, were selected as CHD group, including 31 males and 19 females. Thirty healthy students and medical staffs who were making body examination at the same period in this hospital were selected as control group, including 30 male and female (half and half). The included subjects all agreed to join the trial. (2) Fifty CHD patients were treated with 6-8 mL safflower solution that was dissolved into 500 mL glucose solution, quiescent point, once a day, 15 days as a course. Those in the control were not treated with intervention. (3) Content of NO2^-/NO3^-and activities of nitricoxide synthase (NOS) and induced-nitricoxide synthase (iNOS) were detected with nitrate reductase method and chemical staining method before and after treatment in the CHD group and nitrogen monoxide quantitative test kit and NOS typing test kit in the control group. (4) Single factor analysis of variance was performed among multiple groups. Statistical disposal was conducted with paired t-test to compare within group before and after experiment. RESULTS: Totally 50 CHD patients and 30 healthy testees were involved in the result analysis. (1) Level of serum nitrogen monoxide and activity of its synthase: It was lower significantly in the CHD group than that in the control group before treatment (t=2.806,2.474,2.972,P 〈 0.01), and higher obviously after treatment than that before treatment (t =1.709, 1.713,1.780,P 〈 0.05). (2) In the treatment of CHD with safflower solution, mild exanthem appeared in 2 patients, but disappeared after stopping drug.
