摘  要:采取化学共沉淀法,首次以羧甲基壳聚糖做为表面改性剂,成功地制备出了水基Fe3O4磁性液体。经过颗粒表面改性工艺的反复实验,得出了羧甲基壳聚糖的最佳的改性温度及氨水用量与羧甲基壳聚糖用量。分别采用X射线衍射、激光光散射、透射电镜、红外等分析方法对形成核壳式结构的颗粒粒子尺寸、形貌及其化学组成成份等进行了测试表征,并用琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法分析了磁性液体与DNA结合的情况。此纳米磁性颗粒能够均匀稳定地分散在水溶液中,其粒径约为50nm、饱和磁化强度sσ为1.6emμ/g。The water based Fe3O4 magnetic liquid modified with carboxymethyl chitosan was successfully prepared for the first time by means of chemical co-precipitation. The best modification experiment parameters such as temperature , PH value, ammonia dose and carboxymethyl chitosan dose were got by the repetitious technical experiments. The nanoparticles' diameter and morphology were analyzed by X radial diffraction, laser light scattering and transmission electronic microscopy method, and its chemical structure was also analyzed by infra-red spectroscopy. Furthermore the connection between magnetic liquid and DNA was tested by electropboresis. It is indicated that the magnetic nanoparticles with 50 nm dimension are more stable and can disperse in the water very well. The magnetic liquids' magnetization intension saturation σS is 1.6emμg.
