摘 要:目的介绍硼中子浮获治疗(BNCT)研究中细胞中宏观硼浓度的测量方法。方法小鼠胶质瘤细胞(C6细胞)样品的测量为例,利用ICPAES仪,结合以正交设计安排实验,通过对射频功率、蠕动泵速、载气压力、观察高度等因素进行考察,得出仪器的最佳工作条件。结果建立了测定小鼠细胞样品中宏观硼的测定方法。该方法检出限为11.1μg/L,相对误差为0.54%。结论该方法具有简便、准确、快速的特点,结果令人满意。Objective To introduce an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method for the determination of overall boron in rats glioma cells for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). Methods With using orthogon',d design, the effects of radio frequency power, pump rate, nebulizer press and viewing height had been investigated in detail and the optimum conditions of the experiment had been worked out. Under the optimum condition, C6 glioma cells were determined. Results A method for determination of boron in rats was established, Detection limit was 11.1 g/L while relative error was 0.54%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate with satisfactory methods.
