摘  要:目的评价原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(HPT)99mTc-MIBI双时相显像的病灶定位诊断的价值。方法57例HPT患者和21例正常人进行了99mTc-MIBI双时相显像,并与同期的B超和CT检查进行对比分析。结果57例原发HPT(其中甲状旁腺瘤47例,甲状旁腺增生2例,甲状旁腺癌2例,异位甲状旁腺6例),99mTc-MIBI双时相显像法、B超、CT的诊断灵敏度分别为98.2%、72.7%、85.7%;特异性分别为100%、80.9%、90.5%。结论99mTc-MIBI双时相显像对功能亢进的甲状旁腺有较好的诊断价值,是患者术前定位的重要辅助诊断手段。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of localization of primary hyperparathyroidism with ^99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT Imaging. Methods Fifty-seven patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (47 adenoma,2 hyperplasia,2 carcinoma,2 dystopia parathyroids) has been carried on ^99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT imaging, and compared with ultrasound and CT. Results The sensitivity of ^99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT imaging, ultrasound and CT was 98.2% , 72.7% , 85.7% respectively, whereas the specificity was 100% ,80.9% ,90.5% respectively. Conclusion ^99mTc-MIBI double-phase SPECT imaging was a good diagnostic method for the localization of primary hyperparathyroidism.
