^(32)P敷贴、微波和冷冻治疗寻常疣的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨^(32)P敷贴治疗寻常疣的临床疗效,并结合微波和冷冻治疗效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法门诊选择寻常疣患者460例,根据病史及其典型皮损特征明确诊断。随机分成微波治疗组153例,冷冻治疗组153例,^(32)P敷贴治疗组154例。经治疗后均随访3个月以上,观察其临床疗效、副作用和并发症、远期副作用和并发症。结果微波组临床治愈率、复发率、副作用和并发症发生率分别是60.8%、39.2%、52.3%、38.6%;冷冻组分别是51.6%、48.4%、77.1%、35.3%;^(32)P敷贴组分别是92.2%、7.8%、18.2%、13.6%。^(32)P敷贴组疗效与另两组均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。^(32)P敷贴后疣体凝固性坏死,细胞内病毒包涵体消失。随访4年内,除瘢痕外,三组均未发生全身和远期毒副作用与并发症。结论^(32)P敷贴治疗较微波和冷冻治疗,方法简便安全,治愈率高,复发率低,副作用及并发症少,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To assess and evaluate the therapeutic effect of ^32P contact therapy for warts vulgaris and compared it with microwave and freezing therapy. Methods Four hundred and sixty warts vulgaris patients were included. The diagnosis was made by history and typical skin lesion. The patients were randomly divided into three groups： 153 cases microwave therapy group, 153 cases freezing therapy groups and 154 cases ^32P contact therapy group. Recent and long term side effects and complications was followed up in more than 3 months. Results The cure rate,relapse rate, incidence of side effect and complications in ^32P contact therapy group was 92.9% , 7.8% , 18.2% and 13.6% respectively, whereas in microwave therapy group 60.8% , 39.2% , 52.3% and 38.6% respectively,and in freezing therapy groups 51.6% ,48.4% , 77.1% and 35.3% respectively. There was significant different between ^32P contact therapy group with microwave therapy group and freezing therapy groups（P 〈0. 001）. After ^32P contact therapy,lesions was caused by coagulating necrosis,and virus inclusion body within the cell was all disappeared 4 years follow up in three groups,none of the long term side effects and complications was found expect scar formation. Conclusion Compared with microwave and freezing treatment for warts vulgaris ^32P contact therapy is simple ,safe ,painless ,with high cure rate ,low relapse ,low side effect and complications,thereby it has good clinical value.
