摘  要:通过试验研究了恢复加热温度对45钢疲劳损伤后累积疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:疲劳损伤后在不同的温度下加热时析出碳化物的尺寸、数量不同,亚结构不同,累积疲劳寿命也不同。600℃时析出的碳化物颗粒数量最多且弥散分布,累积疲劳寿命最高。The effect of heating temperature for recovering fatigue damage on accumulated fatigue life of 45 carbon steel has been investigated. The size and numbers of precipitated carbide particles and the steady sub-grain structure were different after heating 45 carbon steel damaged by fatigue at various temperatures. The lives of accumulated fatigue were also different. The recovery heating at 600 ℃ may reach the best effect. The number of carbide particles was the largest and the particles were distributed in a uniform and dispersed way. And then, the accumulated fatigue life was the longest.
