高血压分级与左心室舒张功能的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压分级与左心室舒张功能参数左室舒张早期心肌运动速度阶差(MVGe)、Va/Ve和A/E的关系。方法将80例不同分级的高血压患者的左心室舒张功能的相关参数(MVGe、Va/Ve、A/E)与20例健康对照组作比较。结果MVGe、Va/Ve、A/E在对照组与各级高血压组间均存在非常显著性差异(P<0.001),但MVGe指标随高血压程度加重而进行性降低,与高血压分级相关,而Va/Ve比值与A/E比值一样在Ⅲ级高血压组中均有伪性改善现象。结论MVGe在评估各级高血压的左室舒张功能上要优于Va/Ve比值和A/E比值。Objective To detect the relationship between hypertension grading and parameters left ventricular diastolic function. Methods The relevant values of left ventricular diastolic function （ MVGe, Va/Ve, A/E） of eighty pationts different grades of hypertension were measured and compared with the values of twenty normal subjects. Results MVGe, Va/Ve, with were significantly different betwen control group and each hypertension group （P 〈 0.001 respectively）. MVGe tended to decrease while blood pressure increased, being related to the standard of hypertension grading; but Va/Ve and A/E were tentative normalized in three groups of different hypertension grades. Conclusion MVGe was superior to Va/Ve and A/E in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in each hypertension grade.
