摘 要:报道铕激活的铝酸锶新型长余辉磷光体.由X射线粉末衍射法测量,该磷光体为SrAl_2O_4单斜晶体结构.激发光谱与发射光谱的测量表明,其发光属于典型的En ̄(2+)d-f跃迁.经紫外光激发后,其余辉发光可达10小时以上,余辉衰减呈双曲线型,具有复合发光的特征.热释光谱的测量表明,磷光体中存在电子陷阱能级,而热释光峰值温度分别为333°K及378°K.进一步的实验分析揭示,磷光体中的杂质Mg加强了杂质陷阱能级,导致了磷光体的长余辉发光.A new type phosphor SrA12O4:Eu with long persistent aftergrow inthe system of SrO--Al.O.was reported in this paper.The phosphor was found inthe SrAI.O' monoelinio 6rystal structure as measured by X--ray powder didrietion.The luminescenoe of phosphor was the typieal d--f tranaition of Eu'+, according tothe excitation spectrum and emisaion spectrum. After excitation by the UVfluoreasn' lamp, the aftergrow luminescence of phoaphor could las' 10 h with ahyperbola aam decay, showing 'he Oharaeteris'ie of recombination Inmineseence.The measarements of thermolnminescence speetra showed that there were twothermoluminescence peaal iring at 333'K and 378'K, refleqting that the electrontraps existed in the Phosphor. furthermore,experiments edsbited that theimpurity component Mg formed the electron traps and made the phoBphor poBeessthe long aftergrow Inmineseence property.
