摘  要:目的探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)及最大密度投影(MIP)在踝关节及足部骨折诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析35例踝关节及足部骨折患者的MPR、SSD及MIP图像。结果MPR、SSD及MIP重建图像清晰显示了35例共42处踝关节及足部骨折;MPR在发现小骨折方面较好,而MIP、SSD在显示骨折的位置、范围、移位方面较好。MPR、SSD及MIP联合应用能较全面地显示踝关节及足部骨折。结论螺旋CT MPR、SSD及MIP在诊断踝关节及足部骨折中有重要的价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of muhiplanar reconstruction(MPR), shaded surface display (SSD) and maximum intensity projection (MIP) with spiral CT in ankle joint and foot Fractures. Materials and Methods The images of MPR, SSD and MIP in 35 patients with ankle joint and foot fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Results On the images of MPR, SSD and MIP, 42 ankle joint and foot Fractures in 35 patients were displayed clearly. MPR were better than MIP and SSD in finding the small fracture lines of ankle joint and foot, howerer, MIP and SSD were better than MPR in showing the location, range, shift of fracture. The combined application of MPR, SSD and MIP can display ankle joint and foot Fractures entirely. Conclusion Multiplanar reconstruction , shaded surface display and maximum intensity projection with spiral CT have important values in diagnosis of ankle joint and foot fractures.
