摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者氧自由基与微血管病变的关系。方法2型糖尿病患者62例,男30例,女32例,平均年龄(51.2±5.6)岁,其中28例合并微血管病变,(糖尿病肾病者12例,糖尿病视网膜病变者16例),正常对照组:体检健康人60例,男29例,女31例,平均年龄(52.8±7.6)岁,2组人员分别作糖化血红蛋白(glycosylatedhemoglobinA1,HbAIc)、血清脂质过氧化物(serumlipidperoxisome,LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutate,SOD)、一氧化氮(NitricOxide,NO)测定。结果2型糖尿病患者HbAIc、LPO、NO水平比正常对照组升高(P<0.01),SOD降低;伴有血管并发症者的HbAIc、LPO、NO比无血管并发症者升高更显著,SOD降低更明显。结论2型糖尿病患者氧自由基与微血管病变有一定关系。Objeetive To explore the role of oxygen free radical in the diabetic microangiopathy. Methods The diabetic group; 60 patients of type- 2 diabetes mellitus - 30 male, 30 female, average aged (52.2 ± 4.6 )-among them 38 patients complicated with microangiopathy. 20 out of the 28 cases has diabetic nephropathy, and 18 out of the 28 cases has diabetic retinopathy. The control group: 60 healthy cases - 29 male, 31 female, average aged (51.4 ± 5.6). Respectively assay the following indexes in the patients of two groups: glycosylated hemoglobin A1 (Hb A1c)、serum lipid peroxisome (LPO)、superoxide dismutate (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO). Results The level of HbAIc、LPO and NO are higher in type - 2 diabetic patients than those in the control group (P〈0.01), while the level of SOD is lower; in the diabetic angiopathic patients, the increase of HbAIc、LPO、 NO and the decrease of SOD are significant than those in the diabetic patiens without angiopathy. Conclusion Oxygen free radical plays a role in genesis and progressing of the type-2 diabetic microangiopathy.
