摘　　要：目的探讨自行改进动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗不稳定型股骨转子部骨折的临床效果.方法采用自行改进的DHS治疗不稳定型股骨转子部骨折20例.结果 20例随访时间9～33个月.髋关节功能参照Harris评分:优13例,良5例,可2例.结论改进DHS治疗不稳定型股骨转子部骨折固定牢靠,有效防止了DHS的退钉、肢体短缩发生.Objective To investigate the effect of improved dynamic hip screw in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 20 cases with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated with improved dynamic hip screw. Results 20 cases were followed up for 9 N 33 months. The hip function was evaluated according to Harris standard, and the results were excellent in 13 cases, good in 5 and fair in 2. Conclusions Treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture with improved dynamic hip screw can provide rigid fixation, which prevents screw drawback and limb shortage.
