重建钢板在粉碎性跟骨骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨重建钢板治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的疗效.方法 30例粉碎性跟骨骨折均予以切开复位,重建钢板内固定,其中8例行自体髂骨植骨;2例年老患者因严重骨质疏松不能达到解剖复位,予以整复跟骨外形,重建钢板内固定后,行距下关节融合术.结果 28例术后随访10～25个月,根据天津医院骨科制定的评分标准进行术后功能评价:优20例,良5例,可3例.结论重建钢板内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折,其内固定牢固,并发症少,利于早期进行功能锻炼.Objective To investigate the effect of reconstructive plate in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fractures. Methods 30 cases with comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with reconstructive plate, of which 8 underwent iliac autograft, and 2 with severe osteoporosis that couldn＇t get anatomic reduction were underwent profile reduction and subtalar fusion after reconstructive plate fixation. Results 28 cases were followed up for 10 - 25 months. According to the standard made by orthopaedic department of Tianjin hospital,the results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 5 and fair in 3. Conclusions It can provide rigid fixation and less complication, which is beneficial for early functional exercises in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fractures with reconstructive plate.
