中药宝宝乐对幼龄厌食大鼠脑肠肽的调节作用

摘　　要：目的研究运脾平肝复方宝宝乐口服液对小儿厌食症动物模型胃泌素、β-内啡肽(-βEP)及胆囊收缩素(CCK)的调节作用。方法病因模拟法制作幼龄厌食大鼠模型,用宝宝乐治疗,放射免疫检测技术测定下丘脑、胃窦部及外周血胃泌素、-βEP和CCK的含量,与单纯运脾复方儿宝颗粒对照。结果模型组胃窦部胃泌素减少(P<0.05)、血清水平无明显变化;胃窦部及血浆中-βEP下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),下丘脑无明显变化;下丘脑和血浆CCK-8均增高(P<0.01);治疗组胃窦部胃泌素含量、胃窦部及血浆-βEP、下丘脑和血浆CCK-8均恢复正常,宝宝乐组下丘脑CCK-8回降较儿宝组明显(P<0.05)。结论宝宝乐能调节该模型中枢及外周胃泌素、-βEP和CCK的分泌与释放。Objective To study thc regulative action of Bao Bao Le Liquid on central and peripheral gastrin, β-endorphin（β-EP） and cholocystokinin-octapcptide （CCK-8） in juvenile rat model of anorexia. Methods Juvenile rat model of anorexia was established by imitating the major cause of infantile anorexia and treated with Bao Bao Le Liquid. The gastrinβ-EP and CCK-8 concentration in hypothalamus, antrum pyloricum and peripheral blood were examined by radioimmunoassay. Results The gastrin level of model rats decreased in gastric antrum（P 〈0.05）, but no change was observed in plasma. Theβ-EP level in gastric antrum and plasma decreased（ P〈0.05）, but no change was observed in hypothalamus. The CCK-8 level in hypothalamus and plasma showed a significant increase （P〈0. 05 and P〈0.01）. Aftcr trcatment with Bao Bao Le Liquid and Er Bao Granules, the gastrin level in gastric antrum, the β-EP level in gastric antrum and plasma, and the CCK-8 level in hypothalamus and plasma were normal but the Bao Bao Le group showed a more significant decrease in hypothalamic CCK-8 level than that of Er Bao group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bao Bao Le Liquid can regulate the sccretion and release of gastrin,β-EP and CCK in central and peripheral areas and can play an important role in inhibiting the sccretion and release of CCK in our model hypothalamus.
