摘　　要：目的探讨人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)蛋白在妊娠不同阶段和不同种类滋养细胞的表达差异及生物学意义。方法应用免疫组化法(SP)检测30例早孕绒毛、30例中孕胎盘、36例晚孕胎盘中HLA-G蛋白的表达情况。结果在表达的时间上,HLA-G蛋白强表达于早期绒毛和中期妊娠胎盘中,而在晚期胎盘为弱表达,差异显著(P<0.01);在表达的部位上,HLA-G蛋白仅表达于绒毛外滋养层细胞。结论HLA-G蛋白在不同孕期及不同种类滋养层细胞表达的差异,提示其可能参与了滋养细胞的有节制侵袭。Objective To investigate the expression of human leucocyte antigen protein G （HLA-G） in different trophoblast cells and different stages of pregnancy. Methods The expression of HLA-G protein in normal placenta and trophoblasts of different trimesters was detected using immunohistochemical method （SP）. Results HLA-G protein expression exhibited spatio-temporal changes, which located in the extravillous trophoblast （EVT） and was higher in the placenta of the first and second trimesters while lower in the third trimester （P〈0.01）. Conclusion HLA-G protein expression in different stages of pregnancy and different trophoblasts may be related to the controlled invasion of the trophoblast.
