摘　　要：于昔日的老城发源地构建新的城市核心，是对过往繁华的重现，也是在力图找寻天津市民的精神归宿，老城厢，不仅被定义为城市复兴的原点，新城市生活的标尺，更将会成为未来城市发展的新源头。It was our designing philosophy to plan the old downtown into the core of the city and build it into an open cultural park,With the new “Urban Wall” surrounded,the grand open green orea,with some cultural facilities and low density commercial and residential space sprinkling in it,the measurement of the old city reappeared,awakening people＇s feeling of returning back to their urban living.
