摘  要:简述了乙烯装置急冷油系统的工艺流程;介绍了传统的和现行的急冷油减粘方法,重点介绍了减粘塔技术和添加减粘剂技术;分析了急冷油粘度增长的影响因素;总结了当前在急冷油粘度变化和减粘剂减粘原理方面的研究进展;最后提出了急冷油减粘技术的发展方向。A brief overview of the prime process of quench oil system was given. Traditional and current methods for reducing quench oil viscosity were also introduced,laying stress on technologies of viscosity reducing tower and adding antifoulants. The factors affecting the viscosity of quench oil were analyzed. And the research progress of mechanisms of quench oil viscosity quench oil viscosity changing and mechanisms of anfifoulant were summaned. At last, the developing trend of technology of reducing was put forward.
