东黄老线改输胜利油方案及投产问题分析

摘　　要：针对东黄老线因局部反输进口油改造为全线正输胜利油产生的问题,制定了相应的管道改造投产方案,并根据计算和现场实测得到的相关工艺参数,介绍了东黄老线改造投产过程,分析了东黄老线在投产中出现的问题。In allusion to the problems of DongHuang Old Pipeline to transport Shengli Crude in a forward transportation way to substitute the reverse pumping imported oil, the relative transportation scenario is worked out. Based on transportation parameters obtained from calculation and field,the problems existed in the commissioning of the old pipeline are analyzed.
