摘　　要：近年来高致病性禽流感和链球菌等人畜共患传染病不同程度的危害着人类健康,甚至生命,因此加强动物性产品的卫生安全已是全社会关注的焦点和热点问题。自治区党委在2004年决定成立乌昌党委,这是加快乌鲁木齐和昌吉州两个地区区域经济建设步伐的重要决策,本文针对乌昌两地畜牧业发展现状和各地动物防疫的特点,就如何做好两地的动物防疫一体化工作,为两地畜牧业健康、持续发展和农牧民增收保驾护航提出对策。In recent years, highly pathogenic arian inflnenza and streptomycosis ete, these zoonosis have been doing harm to healthy of people in different degree, even fatal to live of people so that to strength the hygiene and the security of animal＇s products is the central and hot point issue. The Chinese communist party committee of Xinjiang decided to establish the Chinese communist party committee of Wu-chang areas in 2004, the important policy will speed the economic progress of Urumqi city and Chang Ji prefecture. This article is aimed at the reality of animal husbandry and the characteristic of animal epidemic prevention of Wu - Chang areas, and gives the countermeasure to how to combine the animal epidemic prevention and promote the two areas＇ animal husbandry developing and increase the income of peasants and herdsmen.
