某教学楼工程事故分析与加固处理

摘　　要：通过对五层砖混结构教学楼墙体裂缝分析，采用梁端设置附墙柱及柱下基础的卸荷法进行加固处理，同时解决墙体及其地基承载力不足的问题。工程实践证明加固效果良好。Based on the analysis of cracks found on the masonry walls of a teaching building with 5 stories,the reconstructed reinforced concrete columns, attaching the walls under beam end, were used tostrengthen the walls and reduce the loads on wall and foundation. The result is satisfied.
