摘　　要：针对测试仪器系统的网络化问题,探讨了嵌入式网络测试仪器系统的系统设计要求和系统体系结构问题,设计了基于嵌入式Internet技术的网络测试仪器系统,重点介绍了嵌入式测试仪器网络控制器的硬件结构设计和软件设计。为实现远程测试与监控提供了设计技术。基于嵌入式Internet技术的网络测试仪器系统在目前具有广泛的应用前景。About how to connect remote inspecting instruments system into Internet, some request and architecture problems of remote inspecting instruments system were introduced. Then a scheme of remote inspecting instruments system was propased based on embedded Internet, and the basic structure of hardware and software design of embedded instrument network controller were especially introduced. It provided the design technology of instrument which implement remote inspecting operation. The system will have wide application.
